Likha Lokal is an ethical lifestyle brand that aims to help promote sustainable and conscious pieces in today’s retail world. We are committed to using slow and ethical practices by using biodegradable products and provide opportunities to women living outside of Metro Manila.
Our Story
Likha Lokal was officially established in 2018, but Carmela's passion for fashion and online selling was born before that.
"Prior to this brand, she used to sell brand new and preloved clothes and accessories. The success of Likha Lokal can be attributed to its unique concept: they create tote bags that are literally one of a kind.
Using retaso (leftover fabrics) and katsa (flour sacks), Carmela works with her seamstress to create a unique pattern for each product."

We hope to inspire the local community to support slow and ethically made (non-mass produced) products. We want to help people become more conscious of choosing alternative earth-friendly goods, by making our products locally and easily available.

We, at Likha Lokal, are proud to support our lovely sisters from Batangas. Their hard work and vision prove that women can do anything, as long as we provide the opportunity to do so.
Our Likha Lokal sisters create each and every piece in the comfort of their homes. These women are 100% artists, innovators, and designers, and they inspire us every single day.

We offer sustainable products from fashion accessories to facemasks, to cutlery and drink holders.
